Text is not typed into my app (macOS)

Enable Whisper under Privacy & Security → Accessibility and Microphone, then relaunch.

Nothing happens when I press the hotkey

Check you are signed in (menu-bar item), the hotkey in Settings, and that another app is not using the same shortcut.

“Quota exceeded”

You used your plan’s words. Free resets Monday 00:00 UTC; paid plans on the 1st. See plans.

My text is not cleaned up

If AI cleanup is unavailable or your AI budget is reached, Whisper returns the raw transcript on purpose. Try again shortly.

Session expired

Native clients refresh automatically. A network outage never signs you out; only an explicit 401 does.

Keyboard missing on iPhone / Android

Add and enable it in system keyboard settings; on iOS also allow Full Access.
