Install and updates
Download from Downloads in the app (GET /api/v1/downloads). The macOS client updates itself from the signed manifest at GET /api/v1/updates/macos (size and SHA-256 are verified before it is advertised); Windows uses /api/v1/updates/windows.
macOS first run
- Drag Whisper to Applications and launch it.
- Allow Microphone, then enable Accessibility under System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Sign in from the menu-bar item and use the hotkey.
